Mosaic’s ‘Kingfisher’ was introduced to the public over a multiple-channel campaign, including print advertising, web, and a unique on-site presentations centre. Here, the essence of the new homes and community were easily accessible for the prospect and pre-sale construction buyer. The key elements and features of the new homes, including the layout plans and overall feeling of the upcoming community were meticulously presented for the visitor; after a comprehensive marketing campaign, the Kingfisher product reached its full height in the presentation centre.
This new community sold-out during the pre-sale marketing campaign, and before construction had begun.
